About me
Meetal Gokul is a multi-award-winning creative veteran with nearly two decades of experience spanning the Film, Television, Visual Effects, and Postproduction industries. His career has taken him across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, India, New Zealand, Canada, and the United States, where he has consistently pushed the boundaries of visual storytelling and technical innovation.
Meetal began his journey with industry pioneer Quantel, rising from intern to Senior Product Specialist in Stereoscopic 3D and Colour. His technical and creative prowess led him to Park Road Post Production, where he served as Head of Stereography under the mentorship of Sir Peter Jackson. There, he played a pivotal role in the innovation of the world’s first High Frame Rate (HFR) 3D workflow for The Hobbit Trilogy, collaborating closely with Weta FX.
Following his success in New Zealand, Meetal took on leadership roles in North America at global organizations including StereoD/Deluxe Entertainment and Legend3D/VFX/DI, overseeing multiple departments and large international teams. He also partnered with SouthBay Motion Picture Technologies, contributing to groundbreaking advancements in AI for Visual Effects and Stereoscopic 3D.
Most recently, Meetal was part of the Senior Management Team within the Chief Quality Office at IMAX Corporation, working on high-profile projects including Christopher Nolan’s Tenet (2021). His expertise and creative leadership helped shape the visual fidelity of major cinematic releases.
Today, Meetal serves as President and Chief Creative Officer at SeeCubic, a global leader in immersive display technology and content creation. At SeeCubic, he brings together innovation, technology, and storytelling to redefine how audiences experience digital humans and 3D content.
